GreenZone is the prime contractor on multiple task orders at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) under two blanket purchase agreements. GreenZone provides data management and analysis support services to the CFPB Data Team, which is responsible for developing and implementing best practices on how CFPB manages and uses information, including performing data engineering and architecture services to develop tools, infrastructure, databases, and data models for technology initiatives.
GreenZone supports data management and operations, high-level data analytics, data visualizations, new data policy development, and ensures adherence to data governance policies and laws. We deliver these services to CFPB through our highly skilled, cross-functional team of data governance, process management, communication, and web analytics specialists.
GreenZone is the prime contractor on several task orders at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Office of Information Technology (OIT). We provide operational support, corrective maintenance, application administration, systems development, modernization, and enhancement (DME), cybersecurity, solutions architecture, and management support services.
GreenZone provided Agile System Development Life Cycle services to deliver new, user-centered, design-based modernized systems to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Patent Examiners. Our team managed a group of over 150 USPTO personnel organized by integrated project teams to perform requirements collection, user-centered design, software development, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing. GreenZone supported information technology (IT) modernization initiatives management and delivery for the USPTO Office of the Chief Information Officer. We also supported IT program and project management, infrastructure support, Agile systems development, and database warehouse support.
GreenZone provided information technology, business and data architecture, data management, and business process services to the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Financial Research (OFR). The purpose of the project was to mature OFR’s business and data activities to enhance its ability to provide high-quality research and data to the Financial Stability Oversight Council, which oversees the stability of the U.S. financial system.
GreenZone’s scope of work included project management, data and business architecture management, data standards and development standards, planning and integration services, critical infrastructure protection and information assurance, digital government, and Enterprise resource planning.
GreenZone supports the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Office of Acquisition Program Management (OAPM) in managing its iShare SharePoint sites by enhancing and maintaining its existing Microsoft application tools and utilizing out-of-the-box tools for more efficient records management, reporting, and process improvement identification and implementation.
GreenZone provides SharePoint program management and training support to OAPM and TSA’s Office of Requirements and Capabilities Analysis (ORCA), which both use SharePoint to track and manage their primary day-to-day activities.
GreenZone is the prime contractor at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) supporting the Office of the Chief Data Officer. We are implementing the USCIS data strategy and provide services to enable USCIS to improve data operations, enhance business intelligence, achieve entity centricity, and develop greater operational efficiency.
GreenZone provides data science, data analytics, and full stack development services to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Repository for Analytics in a Virtualized Environment (RAVEn) Program. Since 2014, GreenZone has supported ICE’s analytics innovation initiatives, which began with the Border Enforcement Program and was transitioned to RAVEn and the HIS Innovation Lab in 2018.
GreenZone personnel have worked directly with ICE special agents, analysts, and other personnel to effectively gather requirements to develop customized analytics solutions and applications.
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Logistics Enterprise (ULE) engaged GreenZone to assess various technologies and systems, and provide recommendations on how to modernize its technical environment by developing new systems to replace legacy systems or adopting existing service providers’ platforms within the Army.
USACE formulated multiple goals and objectives for GreenZone to implement Enterprise-wide to modernize and streamline USACE systems and processes. Our team identified functions, capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses, and conducted a gap analysis and system compatibility study.
GreenZone served as the prime contractor supporting the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Data Warehouse Program (DWP) with project management, program analysis, acquisition life cycle management support services, subject matter expertise, and information technology services to support Data Warehouse systems and services operations and availability to OPM customers.
The OPM contract demonstrates GreenZone’s experience executing this scope of work in a performance-based environment with a focus on project management, infrastructure support, systems development release management, and information technology operations and maintenance of the Employee Human Resources Integration Data Warehouse.
GreenZone provides tools for statutory and regulatory reporting, as well as data and capabilities for program and portfolio analysis. We have successfully implemented Agile practices at the Department of Defense Office of the Under Secretary of Defense in support of their mission-critical and time-sensitive requirements.
GreenZone supports the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) FSA/CCC Financial Improvement Project (FFIP) to implement an Agile development methodology across major information technology programs. We are applying lean-Agile concepts from the Second Agile Framework® (SAFe®).
GreenZone is transitioning a large, in-progress project with FFIP from waterfall to SAFe®.FFIP is planning to use the essential SAF®and launch a single Agile Release Train (ART) to achieve FFIP business objectives.
